Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges

Please contact us within 15 days of delivery to arrange a return. Urns must be shipped back within 30 days.

If your urn is damaged:
Submit an exchange request along with pictures of the damage so we can file a claim with the shipping service. We will exchange your urn immediately, no questions asked.

If you are unhappy with your urn:
We gladly accept returns as long as the urn is undamaged. Once we receive it, we will issue a refund, minus the original shipping costs.

Engraved urns:
Due to the personalized nature of engraving, refunds or exchanges are only accepted if there is a mistake. Cancellations are not accepted once engraving has been completed. However, please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any issues or changes regarding your order.
