    Very nice except inscription was “press typed” on and not engraved.

    Thank you for your feedback. I engrave each inscription using a laser, which permanently etches the name into the wood rather than printing it on. I’ll be updating my website description to make this clearer for future families. I truly appreciate your note and am glad the urn met your expectations otherwise.

    Your website also has so much helpful information regarding what we need to know about airline rules etc when we take mom home.
